New designs and upgrades to existing equipment are constructed by our team of engineers with backgrounds in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic engineering plus the latest in robotics and computerized control. The final concept is reviewed with the customer to make sure that no detail or desirable check station is omitted.
Assembly and test runs are completed at the Abacus facility where we are able to provide full support. A customer acceptance test is conducted prior to shipping to ensure the product meets customer demands. Installation is supervised and assisted by the customer’s engineers and technicians.
Each machine we ship contains complete documentation including an overview, operating procedures, spare parts lists, commercial literature, mechanical drawings, electrical prints and pneumatic drawings.
